2. Registration
- Vendors: To become a vendor on the 0poor marketplace, you must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
- Users: Users may access certain features of the 0poor marketplace without registering for an account. However, certain features may require account registration.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Product Listings: Vendors are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the 0poor marketplace, including product descriptions, prices, and images.
- Order Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and providing accurate shipping information to customers.
- Customer Service: Vendors are responsible for providing adequate customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their products.
4. Fees and Payments
- Fees: 0poor may charge fees to vendors for using the marketplace platform and related services. Fee structures and payment terms will be communicated to vendors prior to registration.
- Payments: 0poor will process payments from customers on behalf of vendors and remit payments to vendors according to the agreed-upon payment terms.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud: Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities on the 0poor marketplace, including but not limited to misrepresenting products or engaging in payment fraud.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Users are prohibited from infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
- Illegal Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities on the 0poor marketplace, including but not limited to the sale of counterfeit goods or illegal substances.
6. Termination
- 0poor reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the marketplace platform for any user who violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
- Vendors may terminate their account with 0poor at any time by providing notice to 0poor.
7. Limitation of Liability
- 0poor shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or related to the use of the marketplace platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products they sell on the 0poor marketplace.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Germany.
